Itutor Enterprise will not be liable for the inaccuracy
of the educational materials. Itutor Enterprise will not be liable for any incident as such the download of the
educational materials might cause any electronic and software faulty to the user’s computer. |

No sharing username and password |
| |
Students are required to purchase the Paid Membership plan if they are interested to obtain additional notes. Paid members are not allowed to share password and each username is meant for a single user only. Users are required to make the payment yearly as long as the user uses educational materials. |

Yearly Membership subscription fees have to settle
not latter than 2 weeks upon annual subscription notification. Itutor Enterprise will not sell any of the user’s profile to any 3rd party and will only strictly
keep the information as confidential. |

Terminate the paid members violate |

Itutor Enterprise will terminate the Paid Members
if found to violate the terms and agreements as below:
a) Sharing Username and Password
b) Sharing educational materials with other users
c) Selling the educational materials
d) Late Membership Payment |
